e-Procurement

The MAPS e-Procurement (E-PROC) module provides a harmonised tool for use in the assessment of the electronic procurement ecosystem at the national or subnational level.

While it was previously a requirement for using the E-PROC module that it was done in conjunction with or after a main assessment, a new version of the module has been developed that can be used independent of a MAPS main assessment. Starting as a pilot phase in April 2024, this new version is now freely available to any jurisdiction for use as an independent tool or in conjunction with/after a main assessment, as appropriate.

Assessors who wish to conduct a MAPS e-Procurement assessment should use the templates below. These templates follow the same structure as the ones used for a main MAPS assessment.
